This hotel is strategically located in a commercial part of Cartagena. I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and always helped to find tours and transportation. They even have a computer in case you need to use it for work or an emergency.

We loved everything the two weeks spent there! The hotel staff were very welcoming and personable, and the hotel itself well decorated and homely. Location was great, only a 10 min ride to the walled city and lovely boardwalk down the road to watch the sunrise in the morning - lots of joggers/runners about too! Plenty of food options along the main road as well as a supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance and a pharmacy next door. There is also a great laundry service across the street on the same block (trust me, with the humidity in Cartagena it was needed!)

after traveling through Colombia for two weeks we were desperate to find somewhere QUIET so we could get a full nights sleep. This hotel was perfect for that. it is surrounded by restaurants, some bars and other hotels so there's still plenty around but the room was quiet. it's also not a long trek into the walled city center. breakfast is also great and the staff are very kind.

Beautiful, simple, and elegant reception area and rooms. Very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach at Bocagrande. A computer to use if you need to check in for flights or take care other business. Great breakfast. They even fill your water bottles if you bring one!

The hotel is quiet and close to everything in Bocagrande. Was only a block away from Bocagrande Beach. There were several fast food, other restaurants, pharmacy and money exchange on the same street. They also has a small restaurant where you can get lunch or dinner along with alcoholic drinks. The hotel offers a free breakfast which was great. The room had a large balcony and also had a fridge. My room was very clean and the bed was great! Although the hotel does not have a pool or a gym it was a great value and I will definitely be staying there again. Many tours also pickup from the hotel which was also a plus and it is also a short taxi ride to other popular areas.

The Hotel is very clean, location is right at Bocagrande (the place where you want to be in Cartagena), the staff is super helpful and always friendly, breakfast is included and always tasted fresh, and the tours offered are less pricey than the ones from the vendors outside in the streets. I would 100% recommend to stay here when in Cartagena. During our stay the receptionist Lourdes was especially helpful. Whenever we needed something, she made it possible. Thank you!

The staff was very courteous and professional. I left my cell phone in a taxi and the staff immediately jumped into save mode. I was able to recover my cellphone thanks to actions. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent.
